Got the new laptop last friday. Although its very much similar to the other laptop which runs TF2 like an NES game, its much faster in comparison after Dad installed an additional 2GB of RAM in it. No complains except for Vista, which can be a little irritating. I think the hype about how Vista's the ultimate loser of all OS' ever created is overexaggeration. I mean, I don't experience that infamous screen blackout often. It only happens once in a while. Either Vista's been fixed since or some people really don't know how to turn off the User Accounts Control(or something like that, i just know its called UAC)

Things I've found out about TF2 I've never noticed before

• The heavy's minigun shoots 4 bullets per ammo count. Since TF2 doesn't limit me to only have one bullet hole of any sort on the whole map at the same time, it actually shows as 4 bullet holes when i shoot a minigun round into the wall
• Gibs exist. I didn't know TF2 players could blast into a shower of blood and bits and pieces. I especially love the killcam which shows you stuff like "Your foot" "another bit of You". Thats just hilarious.
• I can shoot other people's gibs around! yippee! Flying head splats blood all over the wall!!
• Severed head that rolls down stairs make nice red carpet for me to walk up =D
• TF2 has TWO teams. RED and BLU. I always saw them as BLACK, regardless of team, on my old laptop.
• Water is not opaque.(what a relief)
• I can mutilate corpses and push them off balconies!! WAHHAHAWHAHWA
• Mic spam is fun(since this laptop comes with an integrated mic =D)
• Its very fun when people happen to die near steel bars and their ragdoll's leg gets caught in between two bars. Human pinata FTW!
• Shooting bullets into metallic objects creates sparks!! Wow!
• Ubered Medic and partner act as metallic objects. Seeing sentry bullets glance off them is such eye-candy.

Okay, now you know how deprived I am of TF2 graphics the past 7 months. lol.
Alright, one last thing before I end. Our results day is on 12th of Jan right? anyone know the time?

Just got back from Malaysia, nothing much to talk about. Anyway, its Christmas! But my family doesn't really celebrate Christmas, we just take it like another public holiday, although we are christians(but i'm not).

“I shouldn’t have to see my own liver!”


After a while he tried playing a Scout,


He gave one supicious Pyro the shadow of doubt,


Only for him to be shot at and shout“Spy!”


And turned to give chase,


To a BLU spy with the intelligence briefcase.


Santa chased the spy who gave him the slip,


Only to follow to where he tripped


A watchful Demoman’s lone sticky,


But it was a crit, and he could not flee.


Scout bodyparts flew into the air,


And it gave Santa quite a scare.“I will have no more of this!” Santa declared,


And he stomped off into the cool December air.


But he forgot exit the game he decided to quit,


So he was killed in Humiliation,


With one bonesaw’s crit.

I've been playing RappelzSEA for the past few days. I won't say its exceptionally fun, but other than the insane lag the moment I step into towns its pretty much okay. Leveling is....well, plain boring. I've got to lvl 21 so far, job level 16, job: Gaian Fighter with my lvl 21 Tortus pet. I think I might quit soon, TF2's seeming more interesting now that I haven't played it for a few days xD

Oh, one of my friends on Steam recently notified me that another friend of mine had actually ratted on me hacking. ON the Steam forums itself! Wow, he sure doesn't know that forums are actually PUBLIC. Realllll smart, if you ask me. Of course, I had to outright deny it, but if you wanna see the actual thread its here. In the end it turned out as an argument over the ESG itself. It seems I've caused a shitload of trouble for myself... But I stopped hacking a week ago.

I've finally resisted the urge to switch on my hacks whenever I play TF2. I kinda missed how fun this game was when I first started playing it, now its just getting stale. I blame Left 4 Dead for stealing the limelight from TF2. Now Valve has abandoned TF2 to update L4D. Its been what? a month since they last updated the TF2 blog? Its really lame, valve, that the community had to find out through a third party website that you're not gonna release any more TF2 updates till '09.

When my hacks were on, it showed every player's name and hp, so if I saw a stray line of text floating in midair it'd definitely be a spy. Its so easy not to notice them sneak past you, even with the hacks on. Sometimes I just had to turn a blind eye as I watched them go past me, for the fear of being reported cuz I kept shooting down every single spy who tried to cross the front lines. Not that I haven't been reported a single time yet.... I wonder when I'm gonna get banned..

I've been trying to finish Final Fantasy 12 on the PS2 the last few days, but decided to start all over again cuz I lost track of the plot as I didn't play for half a year. The game's like 100 hours long...

Dad's agreed to get a new comp when his end year bonus comes, I wonder if should get any new games to go with it...any recommendations? I'm dying to try Spore but reviews say otherwise.
=/ I'm really bored stuck at home..lol
